I highly recommend having goals and rewards in place so that you have something to work towards. I am making my rewards things that I really want and when I meet each goal, I will reward myself for working so hard and achieving each one :)
10lb Loss - Pedicure
20lb Loss - Shoe splurge
30lb Loss - Handbag splurge
40lb Loss - New work clothes
50lb Loss - Side piece Tattoo
Goal Weight of 135lbs - New wardrobe
Maintain Goal Weight for 6 months - Photoshoot
